In these roles, I led multimillion dollar projects and worked closely with senior leaders to <strong>balance competing priorities, manage risk, and translate strategy into action<\/strong>. Over time, I shifted my career to entrepreneurship and now run my own business as a <strong>Broker and Managing Director of My Home Source Inc.<\/strong>, a GTA-based real estate company. I have an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on communications and economics.<br><br>At Ice Condos, I actively engage residents through the <strong>Ice United<\/strong> platform, owner forums, surveys, and one-on-one conversations listening to their needs and perspectives and as a result co-creating priorities. Through collaborative relationships with the Board and management, I have influenced meaningful improvements in accessibility, functionality, and the overall resident experience.
